PP	Pleasant Port	A short way to call our RPG
PC	Players characters	It refers to those characters that are active in the game, played by somebody.
NPC	Non Player Characters	Characters that are not played by a specific player, but they're useful to make the PCs background more interesting. Anybody can include them in their plots, as long as they keep the NPC realistic.
OOC	Out Of Character	Any comment within a game post that is made by the player and not the character. For instrance: OOC: Sorry for the delay in the posting
IC	In Character	The game post in itself, the part of the post that you as a player get into the character's mind. IC is only used after an OOC, to determine where the post starts.
BP	Back Post	Once a time change has been done a back post means the post from the previous time change. If you haven't finished the thread you're in when there's a time change, you mark your thread BP to set it off against the current threads.
ATTN	Attention
PB	Played by
RL	Real Life	Life outside the RPG.
MIA	Missing In Action	If a player isn't posting for a while, he or she is MIA.
